Charlotte Evans Designs

Charlotte Evans started her art business by painting houses for her husband to give as mortgage closing gifts to clients. By combining her love of flowers, color and her home state she created her first South Carolina design. Ever since, Charlotte has been adding states to her collection. Each state is filled with native flowers, the state fruit (if it has one!) and flower.
